Happy Moontern Festival

It was an enjoyable mid autumn festival, all thanks to ripple and borong. they organised a get together session at my place and ripple even prepared goodie bags for everyone of us, which includes party hats, lanterns, water gun etc etc..

And since borong's birthday is round the corner, we decided to give him a surprise celebration, of course it includes sabo!! .... managed to make him all wet, now you know why there's water gun in the goodie bag, i guess another reason is that in case any of our paper lantern catches fire, we have a small extinguisher
When we were cutting the cake, apparently everyone was more interested in the last episode of a local serial on channel 8, so borong had to cut the cake himself and try to get everyone else interested in eating the cake.
And how can we celebrate mooncake festival without mooncakes, the initial plan was to get mooncakes from raffles the plaza cos it's really good and jason has got discount for it. but... they were so good that they were ALL sold out since a few days ago... sob, so we had to settle for bengawan solo..
The fun comes after we went to the void deck to play with sparkles and lanterns...
Mum: "I thought lanterns are for kids, how old are all of you now?"
we became like a bunch of deprived kids playing with water guns and sparkles at the void deck


Grand finale, we burnt up all the lanterns and after that the void deck looks like it's lunar 7th month instead of 8th with all the ashes everywhere.....

And how can we not have liquor for such a happenning event, so next item on the list was to play drinking games... we had malibu, vodka green apple, vodka peach and baileys. if you watch enough taiwanese variety show, you'd have seen this bluffing dice game before. we had so much fun with this game that it was just 1 game all night thru, we even found caps from ndp as props for the game...
Finally, the game ended with ripple totally GONE!!! she refused to let go of the bin which she vomitted in... YUCKS!! jason and me were also half gone by then, so since zhentao is the most sober one at the end, he ended up with the responsibility of looking after her, i think he didn't sleep until 6am!! .. haha .. ke lian....
