Current Project
It's 4am in the morning, i just got back from work, we are currently renovating a shop at imm. noisy work like drilling and hacking must be carried out after 10pm at night, so i was there with my workers to do out part for the owner to have his shop open as scheduled
If you are a frequent visitor of imm, you might have noticed this shop, it's kids mall! they sell children clothings, toys and daily products. and this new shop is so much bigger then the previous one, this one is nearly 6000 sq ft, that's like 4 times the size of my home!
As you can see, there's a lot more work to be done in order for the shop to start welcoming their customers!! .. i'm foreseeing many late nights for the next week!

another good strategic ideal to expand their store....IMM..wedding...renovationselectronics....marketing...lots of foods..and now children.. good for people liviging at the western part..
the newly refurbished imm is slightly different from the past .. you do not see all the small small wedding, reno shops anymore .. it;s all taken over by big names and huge shop fronts.. i guess imm's image as a one stop plase for bridal packages and reno contracts will be gone soon.

Oh .. i was wrong.. yesterday when i was there.. i took the cargo lift and realise a whole big section of shops that i have missed out .. and this section is called the furniture square .. all the reno/design/furniture shops are here ... maybe i missed out a bridal section like that too .. imm is now really HUGE!!
i think they are using the free space on the top floors for more retails spaces...you should go around and do some sales for your business..:P
