Eventful Day

It was and eventful day.. not for me but for terry, cos he met with an accident that was quite clear it wasn't his mistake but the other party tried to scare him by saying "young boys shouldn't drive so fast" after he tried to do a left turn to a side road from the right most lane.
So our dinner plan was postponed and venue changed from tiong bahru to upper thomson. decided to have chinese food at hong kong street chun kee. it was quite difficult for 2 person for have chinese zi char so we thought we could wait for yihan to arrive so that he could finish up what we couldn't... but that wasn't required when we realised that we finished up everything! hai.. there goes my diet plans.
While waiting for yihan, terry told me there was a nice ice cream bar nearby, so we decided to go check it out, but too full to enjoy any ice cream , so reviews will only come in the next time i go there.

Yihan arrived and they want to find a place to chill out and chat so that we can help terry think of nice places for dinner. i suddenly though of the wine company at evans road, i have always like that place, fell in love with this place the first time i stepped in. wonderful ambience, nice place to stay and chat. This is a photo of the main counter through the large glass partition separating the lobby and the main indoor sitting area, this photo would be wonderful without the reflections from the glass. any with photoshop skills food enough to remove that?Hopefully terry will get his claim for the car smoothly in the next few days!
